2011 Scott Kelby Photo Walk in Doylestown

Did anyone participate in the
Scott Kelby World Wide Photo Walk this past weekend?
It was my first time participating
in this annual event.

I met some new photographers
and a lot of older friends from
my other photo groups were there too.

Several of us ventured into the woods
to an abandoned old house
which has been 'decorated'
with graffiti.

I think it was my only blue find for the day...
but I haven't finished looking through all the photos yet.

We walked around Doylestown, PA
finding shots.  Here are some my other finds:

Oh, and here's the group shot
taken by David Dami with his iphone...
because all other cameras were not available at the time!
;)

You can see more photos from the outing at the
and check out the Scott Kelby site
for views from around the world.

I like the graffiti, it's a nice blue. I don't have any blues to share today, sorry :-( It seems all I've seen lately is gray.

I saw the announcement for the Doylestown walk and promptly forgot about it. When I finally remembered, it was filled.

I was waiting for that day to arrived and I was very excited to join the photo walk here in my area but our weather didn't cooperate. We had 43F temperature, it is raining and windy and gloomy. I was thinking if I will go there hubby would be there too what if we gonna get sick so I just let this year pass it would be my first time. ^_^

Hi Rebecca ~~ I am not sure about the graffiti. It ruins the oringality of those old structures.

I am glad you go to go to the World Wide Photo Walk. Walking still isn't my thing but I am almost three months out now from my total knee implant.

Happy MidWeek Blues,
..

My favorite of the bunch is the one of the hydrangeas. If those aren't hydrangeas, it's still my favorite!
