A Park for All Seasons

When I was young
and had just married my prince,
we had a house not far from this park.

Fall 2015

We frequented the park regularly;
it was like our own private oasis.
Build roads and houses
and people soon follow
and our little oasis was discovered by many.

Spring 2013

So we moved -
Cause those people brought cars
that clogged the country roads
and it took my prince twice as long
to get to and from work each day.

Summer 2009

We no longer have an oasis just around the corner
but we have wonderful memories.

Winter 2010

And we can still hop in the car for a visit -

Peace Valley Park
Chalfont, Pennsylvania

The Party's Here! Where I am linking these days.

Lovely photos through the years especially the bird with a fish in its mouth and the deer making their way through the water.
