Finding Spring

Finally, spring has arrived.
Somehow winter just kept finding its way back again.

A trip to Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve
proved without a doubt spring is here.

And thanks to my allergy shots every other week,
I could actually enjoy being outdoors!

Lots of pollen...
but no sneezing and no sniffling.

It's been a long time since I could experience spring -
the last round of allergy shots wore off around 5 years ago.

I plan to fully experience the outdoors this year!

You might be seeing more flowers on the blog this year.

  2. Yay for you to be able to be outside. I thought I was in trouble this year, when after one day in the garden my eyes were so red, and full of gunky, but it seems to have cleared up and not come back.
