You Know You Are in Chinatown When....

Even the street signs are in Chinese

You see things not seen in your home market.

You have a grand welcome.

You look like the tourist.

I had a lovely lunch in the Nan Zhau Noodle House
where it is proven daily that you really can eat noodle soup with chopsticks.

I love a good Chinatown! So much to see and experience. It really feels otherworldly!

We don't have Chinatown parts here, and not many Chinese restaurants either (I know, it's unusual), so I always love to see images like these. But I love Chinese food, and try to cook it often.

I love the Philly China Town! We used to go to a Kosher Chinese place there all the time!

A lot of fun and good eating. The ducks in the window looked real good.

I have never seen anything like this!! Your images are fabulous but I'm not sure I could eat any meat after viewing that market!!

I could never get the hang of using chop sticks, on anything.....even large chunks of food ;)

It must be an art form!

I love visiting Chinatowns wherever they are, and I always love trying to eat with chopsticks. Some foods are much harder than others...you have to get your face right in the soup bowl and go ahead and slurp...that's the authentic way to do it! :)
