Christmas in The City: Philadelphia

Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia, PA

City sidewalks, busy sidewalks.

Dressed in holiday style

In the air

There's a feeling

of Christmas

RiverRink, Penn's Landing, Philadelphia, PA

Children laughing

People passing

Meeting smile after smile

and on every street corner you'll hear

Sharing is Caring, City Hall, Philadelphia, PA

Silver bells, silver bells

It's Christmas time in the city

Ring-a-ling, hear them sing

Soon it will be Christmas day

City Hall, Philadelphia, PA

Strings of street lights

Even stop lights

Blink a bright red and green

As the shoppers rush

home with their treasures

Christmas Village at Love Park, Philadelphia, PA

Hear the snow crunch

See the kids bunch

This is Santa's big scene

And above all this bustle

You'll hear

Macy's, Philadelphia, PA

Silver bells, silver bells

It's Christmas time in the city

Ring-a-ling, hear them sing

Soon it will be Christmas day

Comcast Center, Philadelphia, PA

These are great!! I love Rittenhouse Square at Christmas! My sister used to live a block off the square on Locust St and I loved the lights when we'd go for a stroll!

So Christmas-y! The first image is my favorite, with all the sparklies. And that awesome tree in Macys. Last year we got to go to San Francisco at Christmas and the tree in Macy's there was unbelievable. Have a wonderful holiday!
