The Tree Comes to Town, Ambler, Pennsylvania

O Christmas Tree, O Christmas tree,

How lovely are your branches!
O Christmas Tree, O Christmas tree,
How lovely are your branches!
In beauty green will always grow
Through summer sun and winter snow.
O Christmas tree, O Christmas tree,
How lovely are your branches!

Becky I think this might be one of my favorite photos of yours. So simple, yet so interesting at the same time. Fabulous! Thanks for sharing at Song-ography.

That is an elegant picture, so different from the usual Christmas tree photos.

Wonderful to have the Clydesdales come to your town! They are so big and beautiful! My Dad grew up on his Grandfather's farm who had two of these beauties to plow the fields. He said their feet were as big as dinner plates and once one of them stepped on his foot. Luckily it was in the barn and there was a soft bedding of straw, but it took quite a bit of coaxing from his grandfather to get him to move - a little grain finally worked. Luckily, he was ok, but he had so many wonderful stories of these beautiful animals. Some horse people are just down-home folk! Lol!
