Isn't that blue delicious?
And while I am not a fan of green,
I love the colors of a peacock
so much so I am changing the decor in my dining room.
Crazy.
I have always liked deep colors,
but peacock blue and green never fit the bill
in my early American inspired decor.
My husband is worried that means we will need new dishes.
I already have enough to feed and army -

I told him, no need to worry.
But who knows...
there are some awfully pretty peacock inspired plates out there.

The colors of the peacock certainly are impressive! Oh, and by the way; there is green transferware. :)

I always thought collecting more dishes would be really fun-but they take allot of space-I love peacocks we had a pair of these and a pair of all white years ago
beautiful colors and i have always loved deep jewel toned colors. green ad blue were never a favorite except for these peacock green blue. i had a winter coat way back when that was this blue. ha ha on the dishes. i am betting there will be new ones.
Love the peacock photos!
Peacock colors are gorgeous. I'll be anxious to see your new dining room...
What a step out, way to go!
Lovely pictures as always I particularly like the first one, it's a classic shot...
